Our remanufactured Mercury Mariner powerhead has been precisely rebuilt to provide reliable and peak performance. It produces a robust 185 cubic inches displacement. Compatible with 2001 – 2018 models of Mercury and Mariner outboards, including 200 HP, 225 HP, and 250 HP DFI, Optimax, XS, and ProXS series engines.
- The powerhead is rebuilt with new pistons, rings, wrist pins, and bearings.
- A fresh coat of paint is applied for a factory-fresh finish and longevity.
- Expertly bored to a maximum of 0.030 for optimal performance.
- It comes with a complete gasket kit to ensure seamless installation.

There is no additional core charge. A core return label will be sent with the replacement powerhead, at which point the original powerhead can be returned for inspection. If the core passes inspection, a refund check of up to the core value amount listed above will be issued to the buyer; otherwise, the core will be scrapped and not returned.
SHIPPING: This item will ship for a flat fee of $215 to a commercial/business inside the continental US. (Business name will be required.) Residential shipping is available for an additional fee. This item can only be shipped inside the continental US. Anyone outside the continental US will have to arrange their own shipping. We are not responsible for any shipping costs outside of the continental US.
